i’ve been looking for a picture of adele just for this. Adele is a living proof that being fat or skinny doesn’t really counts. just look at how amazing she looks, and she’s not as skinny as victoria’s secret’s models. you may think many bad things about yourself, but if you just start to think good things about yourself, you’ll feel so much better.
just look at adele, look at how successful she is, and if you’ve watched her concerts you’d know that she’s such a happy person. she doesn’t care about her weight, and either should you.
being perfect is not everything in life, there’s so much more of it. :)
